If you would like to return an order placed and paid for online then please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you contact us after 14 days has passed them unfortunately we will be unable to accept your item back for credit.
You will be provided with a returns authorisation number (RAN) and the goods must be received back no later than 14 days of being issued a RAN to the registered company address.
The goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold in, unused and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and we suggest you use a tracked and insured service.
We do not accept clearance items back for any reason other than the product being faulty. If this is the case we will either get the product repaired or offer a replacement at our discretion.
We will let you know once we have received the goods back they will then be inspected to determine if a full refund can be given.
In the event there is a problem we will contact you by email, otherwise we will refund the amount due to the same card that was used for payment and confirm by email that this has been done.
Please allow up to seven working days for the refund to appear in your account.
