Collection: Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

We are a professional audio distribution company based in Potters Bar and are looking for someone to join our small but perfectly formed team.

The successful candidate must be a self-motivated and professional individual with a positive 'can do' attitude. We try to recognise any strengths and build on those, but it may be necessary to carry out duties outside your current expertise. Full training will be available on the products involved Self-motivated and keen to increase own levels of experience and training

Job description:

  • Office based with occasional visits to UK and overseas trade shows
  • Managing any open days or trade shows the company takes part in
  • Plan and manage detailed schedules of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with Data Protection regulations
  • Oversee and manage all social media accounts. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates.
  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials
  • Innovate the way we advertise products and present our brand to generate inbound interest
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to establish new sales opportunities and markets available to the company.
  • Any other reasonable requests
  • Reports directly to the Commercial Director


  • Strong technical skills with some commercial awareness
  • Excellent spoken and written English as well as good listening skills

  • Thorough and methodical, giving particular attention to detail
  • Full, clean driving licence

Bonus skills:

  • Familiarity with our core brands
  • Knowledge of the live sound and theatre industry
  • Experience with design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Familiar with eCommerce platform such as Shopify
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ad Word
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or experience managing B2B marketing channels

25 days plus public holidays

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, with the occasional evening and very occasional weekend
