The EM Acoustics EMS-126 Narrow is a high-output 2-way passive reflex-loaded full-range loudspeaker engineered for applications that require focused coverage and long-throw performance from a compact enclosure. Finished in white, it is ideal for theatres, houses of worship, corporate AV and fixed installations where controlled dispersion and discreet visual integration are essential.

The EMS-126 Narrow is built around a 12” neodymium low-frequency driver and a 1.4” exit neodymium high-frequency compression driver, loaded onto a narrow-dispersion, rotatable constant-directivity waveguide for flexible horizontal or vertical deployment. This design delivers strong low-frequency impact, excellent vocal intelligibility and precise pattern control, making it well suited to reverberant spaces or applications requiring targeted coverage. Performance is rated at approximately 70 Hz – 20 kHz (±3 dB) with a maximum peak SPL of around 134 dB, supported by 500 W RMS / 1000 W programme power handling and a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.

Housed in a rigid, multi-angled birch plywood enclosure, the EMS-126 Narrow offers a more natural and controlled sound than plastic alternatives while maintaining excellent durability for permanent installations. Its passive design allows full optimisation via external amplification and DSP, making it a powerful and precise solution for system designers seeking high output with tightly controlled coverage in visually sensitive environments.
