Amber Sound was founded in 2005 by Graham Paddon to provide the audio industry with a professional and independent supplier of the world’s leading audio brands. The company has continued to grow and has been run by Claire Paddon since 2016. Our team is comprised of passionate individuals who are committed to prioritising the customer experience above all else. We are not simply selling products, but rather, we specialise in our field and take great pride in the work we do. Our close relationships with all our suppliers enables us to give unrivalled customer support.

Meet the Team

  • Claire Paddon

    Managing Director

    Claire is a seasoned professional in the pro audio industry and a founding member of Amber Sound. She has prior experience working in PR and marketing. In April 2016, Claire was promoted to Managing Director from her previous role as Commercial Director. Her main focus is to ensure that she and her team offer exceptional service.

  • George Chatburn

    Commercial Manager

    George has joined Amber Sound after a decade of experience in live theatre. He has worked both in the West End and on world tours and his past experience as the founder of Theatre Sound Supplies makes him a crucial asset to the team.

  • Josephine Spillane

    Office Manager

    Josephine has extensive experience in customer service and started with Amber Sound in a purchasing role. She has since been promoted to office manager and her friendly and approachable nature makes her a great point of contact for customers. Her keen eye for detail keeps the Amber Sound ship firmly on course.

  • Helen Odysseos

    Accounts Manager

    Helen joined Amber Sound in 2010 after working 20 years behind the scenes in the music industry. She is responsible for the financial ins and outs and has had a positive impact on Amber's financial stability. As of April 2016 Helen has added ops to her accounts role so this ship shall be running smoothly with Helen at the helm.

  • Barbara Kwasnik

    Logistics Coordinator

    Barbara is our Logistics Coordinator who makes sure every shipment leaves on time, perfectly packed, and ready for a safe journey. As the key contact with our distribution partners, she keeps everything moving smoothly and jumps on any issue before it becomes a problem.

  • Ellie Ashley Paddon

    Marketing Assistant

    Ellie joined Amber Sound to help with all things marketing. With experience in product design, she spends time making sure the website is up to date and a streamlined experience for the customer, as well as helping with other projects including social media and tradeshows.

  • Ralph

    Barketing Assistant

    As the youngest member of the team, Ralph is in charge of emotional support, hoovering up crumbs around the office, greeting visitors and barking at delivery drivers. He's easily bribed and often caught napping on the job.
